Terms of service

UnstopWorks video editing is operated by Progress With AI. Services are digital, short-form video editing services. The first-reel trial costs ₹99 (once per account), one reel costs ₹500, ten videos cost ₹3,999, and thirty videos cost ₹9,999. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The checkout displays the total charge in INR before payment.

Before editing begins, share your footage, desired duration, references and requirements. We confirm the agreed scope and schedule on WhatsApp. Any additional scope or cost must be agreed separately. You retain ownership of your original materials and must have permission to use everything you provide, including music, footage and likenesses.

Up to two revision rounds are included for the agreed brief. A new concept or changes beyond that brief require a separate discussion. We do not promise views, followers, revenue or platform performance.

Keep your account credentials private and provide accurate contact information. We may decline unlawful or infringing content. Contact support to resolve service or account issues.

Delivery policy

Digital delivery normally takes six working hours per agreed edit after complete materials and the brief are confirmed. We work Monday–Saturday; Sunday is excluded. Delivery depends on complexity and current workload. Bulk orders have a separately agreed delivery schedule. Files or delivery links are shared through the agreed WhatsApp workflow. No physical product is shipped.

Refunds & cancellation

Purchases are non-refundable once bought. Cancellation after purchase does not create a refund entitlement, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. Confirm the scope and your requirements before making payment.

For duplicate charges, failed payments, non-delivery concerns or other payment disputes, email unstoppabledigitalstudio@gmail.com with your order ID and a description of the issue. Do not send full card details or passwords. We will investigate with the payment provider as needed. Statutory rights are not excluded by this policy.

Privacy policy

We collect your name, email, mobile number, hashed password, order details and service progress to operate your account and provide editing services. Session cookies keep you signed in and protect requests. We send transactional account, password-recovery and purchase emails through Gmail SMTP. Email delivery metadata and encrypted queued messages are stored to support delivery and retries. Reset links expire after 30 minutes and work once. Security rate limits use a hashed network address. This site does not add advertising trackers.

Cashfree processes payments and receives the customer and order information needed for checkout. Card and bank credentials are entered with the payment provider, not stored by this site. Clicking a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, whose own privacy policy applies. We use your footage and brief to fulfil your editing request; public portfolio use of your material requires separate permission.

Account and order records are retained while needed for service, accounting, dispute handling and applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained for those purposes. We restrict client information to authorised administrators and take reasonable security measures.
