How does the six-hour delivery work?
We normally deliver an agreed edit within six working hours after receiving complete footage and confirming your brief. We work Monday–Saturday. Complexity, queue size and bulk orders can change the timeline; we confirm your schedule on WhatsApp. Sunday is not a working day.
What is included in the ₹99 trial?
Your first reel with us, with up to two revisions. It is a one-time trial per account. Share your footage and desired length before we begin so we can confirm the scope.
Can you handle bulk editing?
Yes. Choose the 10- or 30-video package, or contact us for larger batches. Bulk delivery dates are agreed separately, rather than promising an entire batch within six hours.
What do I send after payment?
Open your dashboard and use the WhatsApp link for your order. Send a shareable footage link, your selected editing style, desired length, script or key points, brand assets and any deadline.
How do revisions work?
Up to two revision rounds are included for the agreed brief. Send consolidated feedback each round. A new concept or changed scope should be discussed separately before additional work begins.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Purchases are non-refundable once bought and cancellation does not create a refund entitlement, except where required by applicable law. Please confirm your needs before paying. For duplicate charges or payment issues, contact support.
